Sushi on New Year’s Eve. Quiet family dinner, with sons preparing raw salmon on vinegared rice in a professional style. Buying sushi-grade fish from Bill’s Lobster in Chinatown beats having to deal with the crowds on a popular holiday event. Sons may find friends to celebrate, parent more likely to catch up on sleep.
