		<description>Interesting coincidence.  A few nights ago I was awakened by strong wind in my apartment.  The wind was so strong that it was toppling the folding chairs I have on the balcony - that is what woke me up. th next day, I learned that there was significant damage in the business district and also at the plant.  However, I did not see any trees down, just lots of branches.</description>
